01適用範圍Scope of these terms

本網站用於介紹團隊、業務方向及 Web／App 訂製服務，並提供聯絡方法。目前網站不設用戶帳戶、網上訂購或付款功能。本條款僅適用於本網站；日後推出的個別產品、應用程式或服務，可能另有專用條款。This website introduces our team, areas of focus and custom web/app development services, and provides contact details. It currently has no user accounts, online ordering or payment facility. These terms apply to this website only. Individual products, applications or services introduced later may have separate terms.

Concept visuals, product directions and illustrative features do not mean a product has been released, and are not commitments to particular functionality, compatibility, results or launch dates. Please confirm the latest details of the relevant product or service with us before making a business decision.

03查詢及訂製項目Enquiries and custom projects

瀏覽網站或發送查詢，本身不構成訂單，也不表示任何一方已接受報價或承諾展開項目。訂製服務的工作範圍、費用、付款安排、時間表、交付與驗收、維護、知識產權及保密安排，應由雙方另行以書面協定。Browsing the site or sending an enquiry does not by itself place an order, accept a quotation or commit either party to a project. Scope, fees, payment arrangements, schedules, delivery and acceptance, maintenance, intellectual property and confidentiality should be agreed separately in writing.

若獨立項目協議與本網站條款有不一致之處，該項目以相關協議為準，並受適用法律規管。請只提供有權分享的資料；如需傳送機密內容或敏感資料，請先與我們商定適當的處理方式。Where a separate project agreement differs from these website terms, that agreement governs the project, subject to applicable law. Mandatory legal protections applicable to you remain unaffected. The Chinese and English versions are intended to convey the same meaning. Please contact us if you notice a difference or need clarification.

08條款更新Changes to these terms

我們可能因網站或業務安排改變而更新本條款，並在本頁列明更新日期。更新適用於其後的網站使用，不會自動更改雙方已訂立的獨立項目協議，也不會追溯取消已產生的權利。We may update these terms as the website or our arrangements change, and will show the updated date on this page.
