我們不會將個人資料保存超過處理查詢、相關合作及適用法律責任所需的時間。所需期限取決於查詢是否持續、是否形成項目，以及有否相關紀錄保存或爭議處理需要；不再需要的資料會被刪除或匿名化。We do not retain personal data longer than needed for enquiries, related work and applicable legal obligations. The period depends on whether discussions are continuing, whether a project follows, and any relevant record-keeping or dispute-resolution needs. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised.

09電郵及第三方網站Email and third-party websites

點擊電郵連結會嘗試開啟你裝置預設的電郵程式；點擊本身不會向我們發送訊息。只有你自行發送後，我們才可能收到郵件。你的電郵服務供應商會按其本身的條款及私隱政策處理郵件。Email links attempt to open your device’s default email application. Clicking a link does not send us a message. We can receive your email only after you send it. Your email provider handles messages under its own terms and privacy policy.
